Donations are voluntary, irrevocable (per Indian laws like FCRA/IT Act), and used solely for charitable purposes. We use trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay); you warrant accurate payment details and legal authority to donate.
We may refuse suspicious donations. Receipts issued per law; no refunds except as legally required.
User Content and Conduct
You may post comments, stories, or share experiences (“User Content”) to raise awareness. You warrant: (i) you own or have rights to it, (ii) it doesn't infringe laws/rights, and (iii) it's appropriate (no hate, violence, illegal content).
Posting grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Service for our mission. We may monitor, edit, or remove Content at our discretion. You remain responsible for your Content
Prohibited: Spam, harassment, misinformation, or commercial promotion. Violations may lead to removal or bans.
Accounts (If Applicable)
For volunteer/donor portals, you must be 18+, provide accurate info, and keep login secure. Notify us of breaches. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
Volunteer and Service Use
Volunteering is at your risk. Follow our guidelines; we disclaim liability for injuries or issues during activities. Services (e.g., residency) subject to availability and eligibility.
Intellectual Property
Our content (text, images, logos) is protected by Indian copyright/trademark laws. Use for personal, non-commercial purposes only; no reproduction without written permission.

Termination
